Agentria is an AI-powered chatbot platform focused on lead qualification. This document describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email address and password (encrypted) when you sign up.
• Usage data: widget settings, dashboard interaction history and access logs.
• Lead data: information entered by your site's visitors when they interact with the widget (name, email, phone and chat messages).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and session data for security and performance purposes.

• Provide and improve the platform's services.
• Authenticate your identity and protect your account.
• Send transactional notifications related to your use (e.g. new qualified lead alert).
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data with infrastructure partners strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Supabase — data storage and authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Groq — natural language processing (messages are sent to the AI model to generate responses).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

All partners are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the contracted purposes.

You have the right to:

• Confirm whether your data is being processed.
• Access, correct or update your data.
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Request the portability of your data.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After the account is closed, data is deleted within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), passwords stored with secure hashing and role-based access control. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify the data subjects and the ANPD as required by the LGPD.

We use essential cookies to keep your session authenticated. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. In case of relevant changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the notification implies acceptance of the changes.
