Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Agentria platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Agentria offers a SaaS platform that lets you create and manage AI-powered chatbots for lead qualification on websites. The service includes a management dashboard, a JavaScript-installable widget and integrations with communication tools.

3. Eligibility

To use Agentria, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By accepting these terms, you declare that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Using the platform to collect personal data without the proper consent of the data subjects.
  • Configuring the agent to deceive, manipulate or harass end users.
  • Attempting to access data of other platform customers.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or copying the platform.
  • Using the service for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
  • Intentionally overloading the service's infrastructure.

5. Responsibility for content

You are fully responsible for the content configured in your widget, including the system prompt, the generated responses and the use your visitors make of the chatbot. Agentria does not proactively review conversation content and is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the agent.

6. Lead data

The data collected by the widget (your visitors' name, email, phone) is your property. You are the controller of this data under the LGPD and are responsible for informing your visitors about the collection and obtaining the necessary consent.

7. Plans and payment

Agentria offers free and paid plans. Details of pricing, usage limits and renewal terms are described on the pricing page. Failure to pay for paid plans may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

9. Intellectual property

All code, design, brand and other assets of the Agentria platform are our exclusive property. Use of the service does not grant you any intellectual property rights over the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the last 3 months.

11. Account termination

You may close your account at any time in the platform settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

12. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo/SP are elected to settle any disputes.
